CHINESE CANADIAN ROOTS TV: Exploring my Chinese roots in cooking, culture, travel, history and events. Learn Chinese village recipes and other Chinese recipes from China. Come with me as I explore China's street food, customs and history. To know your roots is to know your character. My roots are from Hoiping, China. Most of the early Chinese immigrants to North America were from southern China, including areas such as Hoiping, Toisan, Yinping and Sunwui. Many of the videos of my mom's cooking are authentic recipes from this part of southern China. I'm really happy to connect with people whose roots are from this part of China, as well as with people from throughout the world. Welcome to my channel!
