Everything we need for optimal health is found in nature, in its natural state. A diet consisting almost entirely of raw natural fruit will result in optimal health, allow for extraordinary physical achievements, and help to resolve the environmental crisis we are all facing. My greatest hope is that people and the planet can move towards greater health and balance through increasing their intake of fresh whole fruits and vegetables.

This channel is all about my bike rides. It's not just about manualing steep hills, the background is an important aspect of my videos. A little bit about my story: I was born in 1980 at Vila Nova De Gaia, a well known city of north of Portugal. When i was a kid i was kind of shy and introvert, so riding a bike was the best thing that happened to me, i loved how i could go anywhere just by myself and have fun. One time i saw this guy with his 50cc dirt bike doing wheelies and i became obsessed with it, and growing on a era where you don't have youtube and your friends are more into playing soccer, i had to learn by myself. At the age of 11 i was happy enough to do some basic wheelies. Long story short i rode my bikes to the extreme till my 20's (2000) and i stopped riding. 14 years later (2014) i decided to buy a bike, not even thinking that i could do any wheelie at all. A lesson was learned, age is just a number and feeling like a kid again is the best feeling in the world. :D
