Under the able guidance of Dr. Sheela Unnikrishnan, the teachers of the Nrithyalaya take absolute care to ensure that the training period in this institute is an experience of learning dance with joy. In Sridevi Nrithyalaya, the students are taught to pursue the art as a 'Tapas', parallelly inculcating in them qualities such as inner strength, willpower, empathy etc.
