Hey there my name is Alexia Mainiero and welcome to my channel. I am a pianist originally from Toronto, ON. I've been playing piano pretty much my whole life, and I've always been classically trained. However, even with so many years of experience, my sight-reading skills are very poor. Every cover on here is done entirely by ear. I started this channel when I was a kid as a creative outlet to get away from the classical studies, but now I look forward to re-starting this channel as an adult. I love getting requests, so if you have any feel free to let me know. I'm willing to attempt any genre of music, but I can't promise great things will happen of them all. New age piano pieces performed by pianomonica. I began playing piano in the summer of 2004 and am self-taught (although I did have a head start with 7 years of accordion lessons as a child). I especially love the music of Ludovico Einaudi and David Nevue.
