The TCYOV plays regularly in Venezuela's most important venues, and has appeared with the most prestigious conductors and soloists both from Venezuela and from abroad, such as Claudio Abbado, Simon Rattle, Gustavo Dudamel, Eugene Kohn, Eduardo Marturet, Yo-Yo Ma, Juan Diego Florez and Itzhak Perlman. With a vision that encompasses the Orchestra's musical present and future, and inspired by the unique achievements of Fundamusical over the past three decades, the Teresa Carreño Youth Orchestra of Venezuela is proud to develop its musical and artistic conception in order not just to attain musical excellence, but also to be an inspiration at large within the objectives and philosophy of Fundamusical.
