Spaceman lives in Sugar Land Texas. He's turning to activism because of barking dogs. Spaceman pays high taxes, is surrounded by 9 dogs (3 neighbors). Two of those neighbors believe their dogs can bark constantly. However, one of those neighbors "gets it" and controls his dogs, which proves that dogs can be trained and that some people do care about neighbors. Police & City Council in Sugar Land do NOT help people with this problem. Instead they insist there's "a system" for complaints. But, Spaceman has actually met with the Sugar Land prosecutor who admits that it's very difficult to prosecute dog noise. So, videos and freedom of speech are the result. Spaceman is looking for info to help himself and the MANY others who suffer. ++ Helpful information from others will be posted. However, a Sugar Land policeman (handle "Juicyhung") has begun posting here, his posts will be shown, as it shows part of the problem. Juicyhung argues for "the system", which, of course, is smoke and mirrors.
