Fundación El Barcelona Sporting Club, el "Ídolo del Astillero", el mayor exponente del fútbol ecuatoriano, es fundado el 1º de mayo de 1925 en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Su creación surge del entusiasmo de un grupo de jóvenes del Bario del Astillero, conocidos como: "La gallada de la Modelo", que decidieron formar un club deportivo multidisciplinario, en la casa del catalán Eutimio Pérez, que tendría en Carlos García Ríos, ilustre ecuatoriano, su primer Presidente y en el Sr. Onofre Castells, español de Cataluña, su primer Presidente Honorario. Fue justa mente en agradecimiento al apoyo brindado por la comunidad española en Guayaquil, que le fue puesto su nombre: Barcelona. This channel is all about my bike rides. It's not just about manualing steep hills, the background is an important aspect of my videos. A little bit about my story: I was born in 1980 at Vila Nova De Gaia, a well known city of north of Portugal. When i was a kid i was kind of shy and introvert, so riding a bike was the best thing that happened to me, i loved how i could go anywhere just by myself and have fun. One time i saw this guy with his 50cc dirt bike doing wheelies and i became obsessed with it, and growing on a era where you don't have youtube and your friends are more into playing soccer, i had to learn by myself. At the age of 11 i was happy enough to do some basic wheelies. Long story short i rode my bikes to the extreme till my 20's (2000) and i stopped riding. 14 years later (2014) i decided to buy a bike, not even thinking that i could do any wheelie at all. A lesson was learned, age is just a number and feeling like a kid again is the best feeling in the world. :D
