I am a cartoonist/illustrator of books, and a musician. A couple of years ago I started to make my own videos, where I play and sing old American folk songs and some old time country stuff. I have also been a member of a danish old time band called Big Hungry Joe, who made a CD in 2008. You can download it from iTunes. The title of the CD is Hillbilly Hayride. Look for Big Hungry Joe and you'll find videos both from our practice sessions and from a couple of concerts and jams.

Carmel is a Vocalist, Guitarist, Piano/keyboards and composer. Through songs and stories she highlights Australia's wonderful history, heritage, unique environment, precious resources, Aboriginal culture and native wildlife. Carmel produced 'Out of This World' music resource for primary schools that contains 16 catchy originals songs to educate and entertain children. She performs at corporate events, weddings, concerts, festivals and clubs. She organises 'live' shows for established and upcoming musicians at Jackadder's Music Club in Woodlands once a month. Carmel performs a wide range of both original material and covers from folk, country, pop and roots genres. She also teaches, singing, guitar and piano. Composer - Songwriting genres include Folk, Country, Christian and Children's. Songwriting awards include finalist in MusicOz, Australian Songwriters Assn. Contest on numerous occasions and winner of Pater Award.
