Welcome to my channel! My name is Katie Sunshine and I'm a professional hoop dancer and instructor. What started as a hobby in 2008 quickly became a passion and eventually a business venture as well. I was first inspired to pick up a hoop after seeing a girl dance with a hula hoop at Harvest Music Festival in Ozark, Arkansas. I was so entranced by her I was immediately inspired to try it out for myself. I bought a hoop, started practicing in my front yard, and quickly fell in love! My mission is to make that same experience possible for anybody. I hope to inspire others to try hooping, be it for health and wellness or purely as a hobby. Hooping has truly changed my life and I believe those who try it can experience the wonderful benefits hoop dance has brought to me. TheParentDiary.com has taken many forms over the past 5 years, it was originally started as a social sharing website for parents when our daughter was born. Its funny how little time you have once you first become a parent. Eventually, we caught our breath and adjusted to being parents and 3 years later we were blessed with a second. Even though we were now twice as busy, we still wanted to create something of value for our fellow parent. There is a plethora of websites on the web that are specialized in bringing you information content such as, stages of pregnancy, or medical advice or local restaurant / activities. We did not want to replicate any of those as they already exist. Instead, what we aim to bring you is interesting, useful, funny aggregated content that you can consume in those precious quite moment you have. Those moments that are either accompanied by a good cup of coffee, a glass of wine or when you just taking a mental breather.

Android apps are used for editing photos we take. Also use various cell phones to capture media day coverage, open workouts, Q&As. Also use Skype and Zoom to conduct video interviews.
