In 2009 the BHPA had SEVEN deaths including 'experianced' pilots 'coaches' and 'students under training'... with an estimate of only around 30% of (non-death) PG accidents making the BHPA 'un-official' accident reports the BHPA still lists over 1,400 accidents!
